We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Project Quantity Surveyor, will be responsible for: * Lead financial forecasting, valuations, and contract administration. * Manage contract performance, risk mitigation, and compliance. * Oversee supply chain and subcontractor engagement from enquiry to completion. * Support estimating and tendering processes with robust cost analysis. * Ensure accurate reporting and financial close-out of additional works. * Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to contract retention.
