Job Role:
A crucial aspect of this position is overseeing a supported living service, ensuring adherence to high-quality systems and standards.
* Responsibility lies in providing 1-1 support through the day, with shared waking night and sleep over staff at night for four young adults with learning disabilities and autism as they transition to independent living.
* Ongoing oversight ensures the delivery of person-centred services while supervising Support Workers.
