We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Assist in managing property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Coordinate viewings for prospective tenants, providing them with essential information about properties.
* Handle tenant applications, including processing paperwork and conducting reference checks.
* Maintain communication with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process to ensure satisfaction.
* Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
* Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
