About The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
* Support students in completing their work and maintaining focus.
* Work across various subjects and year groups within local secondary schools.

Requirements
No prior experience required. You should:
* Have a passion for working with secondary-aged students.
* Possess strong communication skills and classroom presence.
* Be willing to learn and grow in an educational environment.
* Previous experience in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or tutoring is desirable but not essential.
* Be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or apply for one).
Salary depends on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements are previous experience in relevant roles or a willingness to undertake training.
