Finance Business Partner – FMCG industry
Salary: £60,000 + £4,000 car allowance + up to 10% bonus

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact? Our FMCG client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team. This is a key role supporting budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and decision-making across the business.
About the role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with Commercial Directors, Procurement, and the Head of Finance to maximise commercial opportunities, drive performance, and support strategic decisions. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting growth.
What you'll do:
• Act as a proactive business partner to commercial teams - providing insight, challenge and strategic support
• Deliver accurate and timely financial information, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting
• Manage consignment reconciliation, margin analysis and commercial performance reviews
• Present commercial performance updates at Weekly Trading Board meetings
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to help ensure targets are met
• Develop and scrutinise budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
• Prepare Monthly Review Packs with clear commentary and recommendations
• Oversee royalty & rebate calculations, grower loan requests and foreign currency purchase proposals
• Maintain strong financial controls and support wider finance projects
What you'll bring:
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (CIMA preferred)
• Strong background in FMCG or fresh produce
• Experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Confident partnering with and influencing non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel skills
