We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team with a strong business to business sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, assisting with brand growth while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Must be comfortable with cold walk-ins and cold calling
* Must be comfortable with going to trade shows and networking events to raise brand awareness
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
* Assist with regular social media posts, email campaigns and client correspondence
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
* Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and upsell other services
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a commercial B2B Sales Representative in either commercial real estate or janitorial and construction industry
* Strong knowledge of technical sales and account management
* Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Programs is a plus
* Experience in business to business sales for commercial properties, or related fields
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships
