Morgan Hunt is working with a London central charity who are looking at recruiting a Senior Performance Marketing Officer. The main purpose of this role is to work closely with teams to develop and implement successful marketing strategies to help meet ambitious objectives and income targets. You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaign briefs, digital plans and deliverables to achieve campaign objectives.This 6 month contract hybrid role is paying up to £20 PAYE per hour.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Performance Marketing Officer:
* Plan, deliver, monitor and optimise best of breed marketing campaigns to maximise engagement and income for the charity from supporters and potential supporters
* Collaborate and negotiate with teams across the charity to ensure the effective delivery of marketing campaigns
* Able to lead on projects and work cohesively with colleagues in marketing and planning teams
* Possess a good understanding of campaign tracking basics and work closely with web analytics and data teams to review and improve campaign performance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to analyse, interpret and present complex information in a clear way for a wide range of audiences
* Highly developed ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety or people, particularly with senior members of staff
Previous Skills and Experience of the Senior Performance Marketing Officer:
* Substantial experience of delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns as a part of customer/supporter acquisition and retention strategies
* Experience of managing marketing, communications or digital projects successfully from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems and communicating effectively throughout
* Ability to identify opportunities and research and evaluate their viability in order to achieve desired outcomes
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record to build, manage and develop relationships within an organisation and externally
