Due to business growth and creation of a new business unit, we are looking to recruit a driven Contract Manager for an expanding FM Business based in Wakefield.
The successful candidate will begin by managing a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical service contracts, including small project works.
This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, employee focused environment, building around expertise in M&E compliance, planned maintenance, reactive works, and small-scale project delivery while providing excellent service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background working with the Facilities Management sector with technical knowledge of M+E works. You must be a strong communicator and have demonstrable experience in developing client relationships.
This role will primarily be based on site in Wakefield with occasional travel to meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage M&E service contracts, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations.
2. Coordinate and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and minor projects (up to £25K in value) for mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Work closely with the helpdesk team to allocate and monitor M&E jobs, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs.
