Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Localisation Design, you will be responsible for creating motion graphics for our high-profile studio clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to create, scale and test new concepts. You will be a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing more than one concurrent project in a high-speed, high-performance environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with other GFX artists, editors, and producers on localisation, executing new ideas and animation
* Lead and/or partner with other motion graphic designers on larger campaigns to effectively execute the project on time and to the required standard
* Communicate potential or discovered design issues to the Head of Localisation Design and Studio Manager
* Design, build and animate complex motion graphics
* Work closely with directors, producers, editors, brand designers and capture artists to create assets under tight deadlines with quick project turnover
* Accomplish projects within deadline-driven timelines
* Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of designers, producers, editors, and post-production specialists to create stunning industry shaping design and advertising content for our clients
Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years of professional motion graphics experience in a film, animation, television, or videogame environment
* Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/New Media, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
* Strong design, typographic and animation skills a must!
* Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite, project set-up
* Experience with designing original motion graphics from conceptual creative direction
* 3-D Experience
* Thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements
* Experience of using Cinema4D is essential
