* Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the service.
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, providers, and community organisations.
* Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of skilled staff, ensuring effective supervision and guidance.
* Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements.
