ROLE: Front Office Manager
LOCATION Cheltenham
SALARY: up to £35,000 per year plus £2k Service Charge

Our client is an historic 4-star Hotel in Cheltenham and they have a new opportunity for a Front Office Manager.
With stunning views across the Countryside grounds, our guests come from far and wide, attracted by the beauty of the wonderful surroundings or indeed just to relax, take in the fresh air and great views and delight in some fantastic food.
This is an ideal position for an existing Front Office Manager looking to gain further experience of a unique marketplace on their career path.
What's it all about?
* This independently owned Hotel is where you will be responsible for the reception and night team.
* Having strong revenue management experience, you will be an inspirational leader who can coach and train your team to confidently interact with our guests in a friendly, caring manner to create memorable experiences.
* From check-in to departure, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team has the confidence and skills to exceed expectations. You'll be hands-on too to inject a WOW factor into our guests' welcome.
* The key thing here is the opportunity to make your mark and help the hotel develop to its full potential.
Personal qualities required are:
* Previous experience of managing hotel accommodation and the housekeeping of this.
* Ideally from a 4-star luxury/ resort hotel background
* You must have a proven track record of people development and leading a team from the front.
* This will suit a Front Office or Front of House Manager ready to make a move in their career to country hotel operation but wants to work in a home & family orientated environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be always 'hands-on'.
