Role Responsibilities
* Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.
* Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.
* Create, maintain, and utilise documentation.
* Assist in building compliance with our processes and policies.
* Work autonomously or within a high‑functioning team environment.

Desirable Skills And Technologies
* Hands‑on production experience on Linux, OpenShift.
* Good knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
* Role‑based access control in relation to OpenShift roles and SCCs.
* Strong troubleshooting skills on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency with Docker and Podman.
* Confidence in using GIT/Source Control.
* Good CI/CD pipeline understanding.
* Experience with Ansible automation.
* Ability to write technical documentation.
* Experience with ArgoCD, Istio/Service Mesh, Tekton, and Helm Charts is added advantage.
* OpenShift monitoring and writing custom alerting using Prometheus Alertmanager.
* Experience with CheckMK for monitoring physical infrastructure.
* Experience with Red Hat Quay Container Registry.
* Experience with Red Hat Ceph Storage.
* Experience with Red Hat OpenStack.
* Experience maintaining Dell PowerEdge Servers.
