We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gloucestershire.
This office-based role involves providing technical support to small to medium-sized businesses in the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Telephone and onsite support for clients
* Assisting clients with technical issues and planning future upgrades
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Windows based operating systems, and networks. They should also be Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and have at least 3-4 years of industry experience.
A sound understanding of IPv4 networking and the ability to communicate effectively with clients via telephone, video, face-to-face, and email are essential skills.
Responsibilities may include:
* Supporting clients with daily technical tasks
* Maintaining and improving existing IT systems
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues

Working Hours
37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
