Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
* Working with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives.
* Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers.
* Identifying parts to meet customer requirements accurately.
* Utilizing product promotions to meet specific targets.
* Building strong customer relationships through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
* Providing excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding to requests, and offering expert advice.
* Communicating timely updates on credit status.
* Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service.
* Working with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and coordinate sales efforts.
* Handling incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using approved greeting protocols.
* Using all systems properly to search and order parts.
* Completing documentation accurately and promptly.
* Managing cash and credit card transactions according to TPS guidelines.
Essential Skills
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. The candidate should be a confident and capable communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and skilled in building relationships with stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, IT literacy (preferably with MS Excel), and a passion for the automotive industry.
