We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Consultant to work mainly at our Wilmslow branch and occasionally at Warrington branch.</p><p>The role of Customer Relationship Consultant includes engaging in conversations to find out our customers’ needs, providing information about our full savings range, products and services. You will also engage with customers through our ‘My Review’ appointments which is a great opportunity to understand and discuss their financial goals. By listening closely, you help them review circumstances and identify appropriate products to suit their needs, while providing a straightforward, helpful service.</p><p>Our branches are the heart of local communities, but customers also want flexibility online and via our contact centre. In branch we can support our customers face‑to‑face, virtually, and through outbound contact.
