St Peter’s is a 630-place primary with beautiful buildings set in lovely green surroundings. We seek to ensure that teaching and learning is of the highest quality and offer CPD to all staff to support their growth and development as excellent practitioners. The successful candidate will: Be able to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents Be passionate about making a difference to all children especially those who are vulnerable Have some experience in working with children and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND/SEMH needs Be creative, flexible and able to work collaboratively and proactively within a busy team Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and improve. Be keen to undertake training relevant to the role Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate. Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.
