This is a consultative sales role that requires both commercial acumen and a strong grasp of how technology enables business outcomes. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging senior decision-makers at a board and technology level across IT, Cyber and Data and AI functions. Your role goes beyond selling services, you’ll position us as a strategic partner, helping clients modernise operations, strengthen resilience, and unlock value from technology. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales leaders and marketing, to construct tailored propositions that address our target market challenges. Success will be measured not just in revenue, but in your ability to create long-term, trusted relationships that lead to sustained growth. Role Responsibilities: • Leveraging industry-leading tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, supported by a formidable sales engine and a creative marketing team, to secure high-value introductions. • Embodying a tailored approach to business development, aligning Acora’s full-stack solutions to the real challenges of our prospects, rather than following a ‘spray and pray’ model. • Conducting in-depth market research, assisting with marketing campaigns, creating compelling outreach, attending sales meetings, and collaborating with the commercial team to gain full sales cycle visibility. • Bringing drive and energy, approaching every opportunity with confidence and determination to showcase Acora’s end-to-end IT and digital transformation solutions. • Applying competitiveness and commercial awareness, staying on top of market trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to position Acora’s full stack offering as the partner of choice. • Communicating with impact, delivering clear, persuasive, and professional messaging in written and spoken formats that resonate with key decision makers. • Collaborating across teams, embracing our core value Together We Win, working seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and other business experts to align on the right solutions and services for prospects. • Staying informed and relevant, keeping up to date with business news, technology trends, and current affairs to add value to every client conversation. • Building on a foundation of achievement, leveraging your academic success and/or prior corporate experience to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment Key Skills: • Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar role • Communication Skills • Customer Service skills • Leadership/Management skills • Strategic Planning/Planning skills • Technical skills • Decision-making skills • Process following and attention to detail The Interview Process: ☎️ Screening call: Phone call with our recruitment team to assess your suitability for the role, but also if the role is right for you.
