Position: PFI Senior Contract Manager
Location: Bicester - Bicester Community Hospital - PFI
Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, hybrid working
Salary: Starting from £60,000 plus £3,500 car allowance, up to 10% bonus, 27 days annual leave
Role Overview
The PFI Senior Contract Manager (SCM) acts as the Trust Representative, ensuring compliance with project agreements, health standards, and safety regulations. The SCM manages relationships with project teams, tenants, and service providers, providing expert advice and ensuring safe, reliable facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage plans, priorities, and team communication.
2. Oversee evidence collection for PFI hand-back processes.
3. Lead all PFI activities within the assigned portfolio.
4. Support development and recruitment of the PFI team.
5. Embed organisational change initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in PFI and healthcare sectors.
* Background in commercial contract management.

* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
