As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) on the ward, you will:
1. Put patient care first.
2. Carry out administrative duties.
3. Enjoy time to get to know our patients.
4. Meet the needs of every individual.
5. Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact.
We are looking for HCAs to enhance our patients' journey and experience in our department.
You will also need to take a numeracy and literacy test for this job.
If you are interested in high standards of patient care, have good communication skills, and are highly motivated, you would enjoy working within this team. It is desirable that you have some experience within the healthcare profession, due to the demands and workload of our department.
