Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialist equipmentare looking to recruit for an EngineeringManager to join the business on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to leada team of 4 multi-discipline design engineers in the delivery of projects, leading the team on New Designs and allocation of resource against production plans while working closely with the manufacturing manager to ensure on time delivery.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a lead role managing design teams in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient manufacture of complex components on time, to budget and tothe high-quality standards required.
