The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.
Delivering multiple capital delivery projects across water programmes, ensuring strong governance, risk, cost and change control. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and project teams to drive performance, manage resources and maintain quality. Coordinate strategy and delivery with clients and partners to meet expectations and achieve successful project outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Providing change and communications support to the stakeholder and community engagement function to embed Anglian water’s enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement framework and strategy.
2. Maintaining a centralised engagement repository of stakeholder engagement templates, methodologies, processes and other best practices.
3. Supporting the design of communities of practice and other knowledge-sharing forums to build capability and insights.
4. Documenting engagement processes, templates and guidance to create a practical, easy-to-adopt toolkit.
5. Producing dashboards, reports and insights from engagement data to inform decision-making and performance tracking.
6. Maintaining stakeholder planner and ad-hoc project support as required.
You’ll need to have:
7. Degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, public affairs,stakeholder engagement, programme management, or related field.
8. Understanding of stakeholder engagement principles, public consultation and/or community engagement practices.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams).
10. Professional certifications in project or change methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Change Management) advantageous but not essential.
11. Passionate about delivering change.
12. Collaborative, clear communicator, understands the importance of stakeholder trust and reputation.
13. Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
14. Proficient with data analysis and providing meaningful insights.
