* Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
* Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our partner school in Exeter offers specialized education for students with SEMH, Autism, and complex learning needs. As a Learning Coach, you will provide academic, emotional, and behavioural support to help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
* Provide academic support and assist with assignments
* Help students develop study skills, time management, and organization
* Offer emotional support and encourage positive behaviour
* Work with teachers to implement personalized learning plans
* Track student progress and provide feedback
* Foster independence and self-confidence in students
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting young people with SEN
* Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
* Ability to build rapport and trust with students
