Job Description


The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in driving new businesses, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operational follow-through - playing a vital role in establishing Cambridge House as a standout destination in Mayfair’s luxury hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to sales enquiries (groups, events, corporate, social), responding in a way that feels intentional, personal and tailored.

* Prepare proposals, contracts, packages and promotional materials with precision and elegance.

* Collaborate closely with Marketing to align collateral, online content, packages and seasonal offers with brand voice and positioning.

* Organise and host site visits and show rounds in Cambridge House’s captivating spaces to inspire prospective guests.

* Compile sales reports (leads, conversions, revenue projections), support forecasting and share insights with the Sales Manager.

* Uphold Cambridge House standards in every detail - from décor and collateral, to tones and timelines - ensuring consistency and luxury in all sales-led touchpoints.


Qualifications

* 1-2 years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks with grace.

* Confident user of CRM systems.

* Proactive mindset.

* Team-oriented, positive, adaptable, proud to contribute to a high-energy, welcoming culture.

* Local market awareness: an understanding of Mayfair and London’s luxury event space is highly desirable.
