Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inspection Engineer / Asset Integrity specialist for a permanent, tax-free position in Dubai, offering a net salary of £100k plus benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
2. Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at a chemical plant or refinery.
3. Engage with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
4. Drive improvements in the effectiveness of inspection procedures.
5. Train and develop inspectors technically.
6. Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure compliance with existing standards.
7. Communicate learnings and incidents with other sites, industry bodies, and across the company.
Candidate Experience:
Ideal candidates will have held roles such as:
* Lead or Senior Inspection Engineer
* Inspection Group Leader or Manager
* Site or central Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical, or Maintenance/Plant Engineer
* Engineer on a Major Project (greater than $100M USD)
* Senior Inspection Engineer
* QA Manager on Major Projects
* Reliability or Fixed Equipment Engineer
* Inspection Section Supervisor
