This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need additional help. Help prepare learning materials and resources. Supervise pupils during break times and school activities. Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students. Requirements Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
