About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Utilise your brand, portfolio & category awareness to develop new and existing accounts
2. Liaise with customers to improve offering and make sure every meeting is time well spent maximising their sales performance
3. Manage budget spend to ensure maximum profit return within your region. To do this, you will drive volume & distribution whilst working to retention targets
4. Ensure customers are trading within agreed credit terms and limits, getting involved when negotiations are required from an accounts/ finance perspective
5. Always maintain a professional approach to sales & account management, delivering a best-in-industry customer service experience
6. Build strong partnerships and trust with key suppliers, ensuring that you maximise “best in class” support.

7. Margin, revenue, volume & distribution targets
8. Partnership Supplier distribution targets
9. Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders to benefit the business
10. Maintain and grow business with existing customers
11. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
About you
12. Fast-paced Field Sales experience within the On-Trade Industry is essential
13. Ideally have experience in On-Trade Drinks sales experience
14. Strong core sales skills including influence, negotiation, problem solving
15. Strong numeric and analytical skills
16. Commercial mindset
17. Ability to build and develop strong working relationships at all levels both internally and externally
18. Excellent communication and presentation skills
19. Results and solution focussed
20. Excellent time keeping
21. Ability to maximise productivity through prioritisation, time management and organisation
22. Ability to quickly adapt to a varied and changing market environment
23. Ability to develop viable commercial solutions in response to opportunities
24. Excellent IT skills including all MS office programmes, and reporting using Excel
25. Experience of CRM and journey plan compliance
26. WSET2 preferable
A full driving license is required. This is a field based role so ideally you are located nearby and familiar with your territory.
