Our forward thinking and ambitious clients are seeking a knowledgeable Head of Sales to take full responsibility of the commercial teams across the UK and Ireland, drive forward customer experience and hard-hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and scale-up across multiple markets
Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and regions
Oversee customer onboarding, support and full lifecycle management
Build and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams
Align commercial strategy with other departments and the Board to continue with national and international expansion
What You’ll Bring
Must have experience and knowledge of the agricultural or animal health sector
Extensive experience in Sales or Commercial roles
Proven leadership and coaching ability
Demonstrated success in driving revenue and building scalable teams
Strong analytical skills; confident using CRM systems and forecasting tools
Comfortable working across the UK and Ireland travelling where necessary
Deep understanding of customer experience management
