Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Darlington DC will be ready to go live in November and we are now looking for Transport Administrator to join our team, supporting the Transport Operations, creating operational excellence within the DC.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Transport Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our transport processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with accident investigations and handling insurance administration.
* Managing transport sundries, including ferry bookings and bridge tags.
* Ordering uniforms and H&S PPE for team members.
* Keeping our Time & Attendance system accurate for seamless payroll processing.
* Logging holiday requests for drivers and office staff.
* Investigating driver pay queries to ensure timely resolution.
* Maintaining accurate records for financial processing and generating reports for the Transport Operations Manager.
* Organizing Driver CPCs and training sessions.
* Ensuring compliance with audit standards.
* Handling PCNs and Notices of Prosecution from councils and restaurants.
* Collaborating with customers and internal teams to address issues and enhance service quality.

Technical Competencies:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience with time and attendance systems (preferred).
* Previous experience in a similar role (desired).
