As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead and support the clinical team, ensuring residents receive the very best in person‑centred care. This full‑time role offers a blend of hands‑on clinical work and supernumerary hours, giving you the scope to both care and lead.
Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC pin.
This role requires previous senior experience in a nursing home setting.
Candidates without experience in elderly care or care home leadership are not suitable.
Salary: £55,000 per year
40 hours per week, full‑time, permanent contract
Supernumerary hours
