Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute go-to-market and sales strategy
* Build high-quality sales pipeline from scratch
* Convert prospects into long-term institutional clients
* Establish CRM-driven workflow and sales playbook
* Collaborate with product team to refine offerings
* Gather and share market insights
* Scale and lead sales team as company grows
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years financial services sales experience
* Deep network in institutional investing
* Experience selling to CIOs and investment teams
* Proven track record of pipeline development
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Startup environment adaptability
