We’re partnering with a growing, founder-led business that is looking to bring in a Programme Manager / Project Manager to support delivery across a number of key initiatives.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure, and driving projects forward.
The Role
* Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the business
* Introduce structure, planning, and light-touch governance across multiple workstreams
* Work cross-functionally to ensure activity stays on track and aligned
* Improve visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies
* Contribute to the rollout of product and go-to-market initiatives later in the year
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, or PMO professional
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to bring structure and clarity without over-engineering processes
* Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in delivery
* Exposure to transformation, operations, or change initiatives
📍 Location: Must be able to travel to Cardiff 2–3 days per week
