Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Forza is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke timber doors and joinery, supplying major construction projects across the country. With revenue exceeding £38m and strong growth ambitions, we are continuing to invest in our people, systems, and commercial capability.
We are now looking for a Prequalification Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Team and ensuring enquiries entering the business are accurate, complete, and ready to move through the quotation process efficiently.
The Role
This role sits at the front of our commercial pipeline. You will be responsible for reviewing, qualifying, and routing all incoming enquiries before they enter the quoting process.
As the first point of entry into our CRM system, you will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting the commercial team, and ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive experience from their first interaction with Forza.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in pre-construction, commercial coordination, sales support, or tender administration within construction or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and prequalify incoming enquiries to ensure they meet agreed business criteria
* Ensure all enquiries contain accurate and complete information before entering the pipeline
* Request additional information where required through a structured RFI process
* Challenge and clarify enquiries with Sales Managers where necessary
* Route opportunities correctly across regional and specialist teams
* Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy and integrity
* Identify duplicate or historic enquiries within the system
* Agree realistic return dates for quotations based on customer requirements
* Provide responsive and professional communication with customers
What We’re Looking For
You will be someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and commercial problem solving, and who can confidently challenge when information isn’t right.
* Experience in pre-qualification, pre-construction, tender coordination, or commercial administration
* Experience working within construction, manufacturing, or building products
* Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries
* Join a growing UK manufacturing business with ambitious expansion plans
* Work within a high-performing commercial team
* Opportunity to shape process improvements and commercial efficiency
* Supportive team culture built around our values
If you’re organised, detail-driven, and motivated by improving how commercial teams work - we’d like to hear from you.
