We are now looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing service team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their technical career who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service in a hands‑on environment.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific products
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
* Deliver a high standard of service aligned with a “right first time” approach
* Produce clear and accurate service reports following each visit
* Manage and maintain your service inventory and van stock
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless customer support
* Escalate complex customer issues where required
* Continuously build your technical knowledge across the full product range
What We’re Looking For
* Technical qualification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
* Hands‑on experience or knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems
* A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanishand English (professional working level)
* Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
