About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Solutions Consultant to join a growing commercial team. This role acts as a key link between client needs and product capabilities, supporting the sales process from early-stage discussions through to deal support.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, run product demonstrations, and address technical queries.

This is a commercial, client-facing pre‑sales role–not a software development or IT position.


Key Responsibilities

* Support Sales in delivering tailored product demos to a variety of stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and end users)
* Align product presentations with clinical trial workflows, terminology, and compliance standards
* Assist in preparing solution proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
* Respond to technical and product-related queries in a clear and timely manner
* Gather and structure client feedback to support product improvements
* Collaborate with Marketing on technical messaging (e.g. content, webinars, materials)
* Stay up to date with developments in healthtech, AI, and relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR, GCP)
* Act as a bridge between clients, commercial teams, and product/engineering
* Support cross-functional initiatives in a fast‑paced startup environment


Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a pre‑sales role (e.g. Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant) within SaaS, cloud, or regulated tech environments
* Experience supporting sales processes and delivering product demos
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including business and IT teams
* Understanding of data‑driven environments and agile methodologies
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
* Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment is a plus
* Knowledge of clinical trials, healthcare, or compliance frameworks is advantageous
* Interest or exposure to AI/ML technologies is beneficial
