Job Description

KFF has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis at our Aylesford office, reporting to the Senior Sales Ledger and Credit Manager. This role requires working Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm.

The Sales Ledger Administrator is responsible for processing credits and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, including various ordering systems with invoices & credits. Responsibilities include ensuring notes regarding invoices are completed daily, scanning invoices, and performing other admin duties.

KFF is a regional food wholesaler with approximately 270 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. As part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally, KFF offers a family-like environment with a close-knit team, supplying local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Processing credits and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
2. Completing credit processing
3. Liaising with customers, drivers, and sales managers to ensure ledger accuracy
4. Promptly and professionally handling telephone calls and emails
5. Checking ordering systems daily
6. Scanning invoices and credits, with follow-up reports to be actioned
7. Maintaining ad hoc admin duties


About You

The ideal candidate will possess good computer skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are needed to liaise effectively across departments. Previous administration experience is advantageous. This role suits someone with an excellent work ethic seeking career progression within a global organization.
