About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, technically skilled, and growth-focused Website Growth Manager who will make Nscale’s website the most discoverable, high-performing entry point to our brand. Your mission is to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement by ensuring that wherever our audiences are in their journey—researching, evaluating, or deciding—they can easily discover Nscale’s story, solutions, and leadership.
This role blends technical website ownership with a strong emphasis on discoverability strategy. SEO expertise is essential, but the remit extends to content strategy, analytics, user experience, and performance optimization—so that Nscale is present and findable across multiple touchpoints, not just search engines. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Communications to ensure our digital presence reflects our global brand narrative and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Journey Optimization & Alignment: Develop and execute a website strategy (in partnership with the Head of Content) that reflects the B2B enterprise buyer journey, ensuring prospects’ and customers’ are optimized
* Discoverability Strategy: Lead the strategy to ensure the Nscale website and its content are easily found across the digital ecosystem—search (including AI search), campaigns, referrals, and content hubs—through SEO, content, and web optimization.
* Conversion Optimization: Design and execute CRO experiments (A/B, multivariate, navigation flows, CTAs) to maximize lead generation and engagement.
Performance Optimization & Insights:
* Analyze campaign and channel performance to spot trends, anomalies, and untapped opportunities.
* Partner with demand-gen to reallocate spend and resources in-flight, maximizing ROI.
* Deliver data-backed recommendations for creative, targeting, and channel mix improvements.
* Operate with a bias for action—ship an MVP in days, then iterate aggressively.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Set, track, and optimize KPIs. Build dashboards, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Website Performance & Technical Ownership:
* Own technical infrastructure, ensuring speed, security, accessibility, compliance, and seamless integrations (HubSpot, CRM, analytics).
Research & Innovation:
* Conduct user research and stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies (LLM optimization, schema automation, voice/visual search).
Collaboration & Global Scale:
* Partner across Marketing, Product, Design, Sales, and regional teams to ensure our digital presence supports global campaigns and localized storytelling.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience managing large-scale websites and digital growth programs in B2B enterprise environments.
* Strong expertise in technical SEO and discoverability strategies (architecture, crawl optimization, site speed, schema, algorithm trends).
* Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
* Advanced analytics and optimization skills with GA4, GSC, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
* Proven track record of optimizing web experiences for enterprise technology, with measurable results in discoverability and performance.
* CMS mastery (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow) with working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
* Understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data collection workflows.
