Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload. • Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims. • Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity. • Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle. About You • Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims, ideally within a third-party environment. • Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation. • Working towards or willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.
