Job Title: Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist
The specialist will produce and manage high-quality content that communicates our work and impact across various digital platforms, bridging data science and digital communication to showcase our data and products.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Storytelling:
o Create engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives.
o Develop articles, reports, and case studies with experts.
o Generate thought-leadership content to position us as an industry leader.
o Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
o Create visual assets like infographics and videos using tools such as Canva.
2. Content Distribution:
o Plan and publish content across digital channels.
o Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities.
o Optimize content for each platform and audience engagement.
o Implement A/B testing to improve content performance.
o Monitor and report on content analytics.
3. Brand & Message Consistency:
o Maintain consistent voice, tone, and visual identity.
o Ensure content accuracy and relevance.
4. Collaboration & Internal Communication:
o Work with data science and marketing teams to craft stories.
o Align content with campaign goals.
o Support content strategy development.
o Contribute to content calendars and campaigns.
5. Audience Engagement & Growth:
o Refine content strategies based on trends and analytics.
o Explore new content formats to enhance storytelling.
6. SEO & Accessibility:
o Apply SEO best practices.
o Ensure content meets accessibility standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or data environments.
* Strong writing, editing, and data communication skills.
* Understanding of analytics, data science, and target markets.
* Experience managing social media and growing audiences.
* SEO optimization skills.
* Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
* Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.
