We are looking for someone with positive energy who will love working as part of our friendly team. You will have a passion for organising, coordinating and making things happen. You should have demonstrable experience of collaborative work, administering and coordinating events, and a real enthusiasm for supporting work with young people. You should have a great eye for detail and excellent communications skills. You should have the ability to respond sensitively to a range of people and be flexible in changing situations.
You should be flexible and adaptable whilst having the ability to prioritise work and use your own initiative to make sound judgements within established parameters and procedures. Tact, discretion and sensitivity are essential personal attributes as are excellent listening skills.
Salary:
£27,382-£30,819 (pro-rata for part-time staff)
Contract:
This role is offered on a permanent basis.
Hours:
21-28 hours per week worked across 3-5 days. The work pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate. Some occasional evening or weekend work may be required with time off in lieu.
Location:
Edinburgh. Applicants should be prepared to travel across Scotland to fulfil the duties of the role.
We offer hybrid as well as fully remote working but the successful applicant is expected to be living in Scotland while in post and be willing to travel within Scotland to meet the demands of the role.
Annual leave:
28 days of annual leave, plus 10 public holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)
