Shift Pattern – Rotating Days & Nights
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am):
1. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2. Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
3. Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

5. Shift allowance: £1,056 per year (extra 50p per hour)

What You’ll Be Doing
13. Safe and efficient operation of multiple machines to deliver required business output and OEE target with all aspects of quality and food safety, including CCPs.
14. SIC and Giveaway understanding, control and delivery
15. Basic maintenance of equipment in AOR, cooperation with engineering
16. Training of new starters and others to the required standard
17. Driving process improvements within their AOR
18. Ensure Food Safety and H&S understanding and compliance in area of responsibility (AOR)
19. Ensure the efficient operation of the AOR, communicate any issues and variations to plan/ performance to the Department Manager
20. All other responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operative
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You’ll need:
21. Previous experience as a Production Technician in a factory or production environment
22. Positive attitude
23. Motivated and driven
24. Willing to learn
25. You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
