We are looking for an ALS Admin Lead to join our team to lead and co ordinate the day to day operational and specialist administrative for cross college SEND learners and high needs funding services. About the Role In this role, you will: • Work with the Learning Support Manager to ensure delivery of efficient and accurate administration of cross college services associated with High Needs Funding, SEND, EHCP & EAA learners. • Support LST departmental managers with staffing requirements so that Learning Support hours are efficiently managed and resourced based on the needs of HNF learners • Develop and maintain effective internal administrative systems that log and track information relating to High Needs Funding, SEND, EHCP and EAA learners • Liaise with external stakeholders, including Local Authority partners, under the guidance of the Learning Support Manager, on matters relating to funding and contractual obligations. • Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports, relating to High Needs Funding, SEND, EHCP and EEA provision, to college managers and internal business support functions as required. About You You will bring: ? Educated to GCSE standard, or equivalent, with a minimum of grade C in English and Maths. ? A high level of secretarial, administrative, and accounting skills. ?
