The Role As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, driving the sales team to achieve targets while maintaining the agency's reputation for honesty, service, and results. You'll be the key figure in the branch, responsible for valuations, winning new instructions, managing client relationships, and ensuring that every sale is handled with care and precision. This role suits someone with proven estate agency experience who is ready to take ownership, grow a branch presence, and be recognised for their results.
