Job Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join a friendly and supportive nursery setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years care and education in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Support childrens learning, development, and wellbeing
* Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with children and parents
* Observe, assess, and record childrens progress
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding childcare provision
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers about childrens development
