About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Support Manager to provide leadership and stability at a care home during a critical period. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager through a challenging phase
* Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager stepping up into a managerial role
* Be actively involved in care planning and medication management
* Help stabilise the home following a recent CQC inspection
* Work closely with the Local Authority on the Service Improvement Plan
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings
* Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement
* Transferable DBS or a recent DBS eligible for the update service
