This role involves managing a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent progress across all projects, and maintaining programme schedule integrity.The Programme Lead will drive delivery from final design stages through to construction and installation, with a strong emphasis onernance, reporting, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate overall programme delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
2. Manage and support Project Managers, ensuring consistenternance and reporting standards.
3. Oversee programme schedule, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
4. Monitor progress and performance, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
5. Deliver structured Monthly Performance Reviews to leadership teams.
6. Support procurement activities and ensure readiness for installation phases.
7. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across operations, contractors, and internal teams.
8. Ensurepliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
9. Proven experience leadingplex infrastructure programmes, ideally within aviation or similar environments.
10. Strong ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive coordinated delivery.
11. Excellent planning, risk management, and reporting skills.
12. Willingness to be based on-site at Stansted Airport up to three days per week.
