People Consulting – Training & Change – Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client/organizational goals.
* Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through implementation.
* Design and customise training programs, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
* Manage project plans, scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and mitigate risks.
* Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies and technologies.
* Implement evaluation frameworks to assess impact and effectiveness.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified with relevant professional experience; prior consulting experience on large or complex transformation programmes preferred.
* Experience using training/L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
* Proficiency with Oracle training is preferable.
* Strong personal credibility, influence, and resilience to gain support for major changes.
* Pragmatic approach to solving issues and achieving client agreement.
* Analytical skills to deliver insightful, sustainable solutions.
* Focus on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
* Proven project management experience delivering work that meets client expectations.
