Managing Consultant - Customer Strategy and Transformation\n Practice: Strategy and Performance Transformation\n Focus: Financial Services (Banking and Insurance)\n\nUp to £82,500 + car allowance + benefits\n\nLondon, Hybrid\n\nOpportunity\n\nLorien's Client, a market leading Consultancy firm are currently seeking a Senior Manager / Managing Consultant to join their Customer Strategy and Transformation team focused on strategic customer innovation at product level & channel level, as well as big, scaled transformations.\n\nThe team work with banks and insurers to modernise their strategies, end to end journeys and assist them with post-integration transformations from customer perspective.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nBuild strong client relationships and act as the main contact.\nManage large projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.\nContribute to business development and maintain client relationships.\nManage and develop team members\nLead projects involving customer strategy, product exploration, channel strategy, AI transformation, and customer data migration.\nEnsure adherence to risk management frameworks. \n\nExperience and Skills\n\nThey are looking for a candidate with a broad depth of experience, with areas such as agile project management, business analysis, change analysis, human centred design, customer journey, being highlighted as positive experience areas.\n\nThey are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant ready to step up to a Managing Consultant level, or a managing consultant looking for a new challenge.\n\nExperience:\nBackground in start-ups, product development, agencies, or management consulting.\nExperience in customer-centric transformation or strategic propositions.\nApplied understanding of customer strategy and transformation in retail or SME banking, affluent, health insurance, general insurance, or life insurance.\nTechnical Skills:\nKnowledge of CRM and AI technologies, product design and innovation, digital transformation, and agile methodology.\nStrong project management skills, including experience in large cross-functional and/or cross-geographical programmes.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft and some of the AI technologies, but not a developer or solutions architect level.\nSoft Skills: Strong project management, people management, creative problem-solving, and excellent presentation skills. \n\nCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
