A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and time served Commercial Gas Engineer with one of our most respected clients. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be required to attend various jobs across London, including reactive & planned maintenance works to support their varied customer base. The successful applicant will be required to undertake maintenance tasks, call out response & repair of all types of gas heating enquiries. This forward thinking and expanding company has developed a first class reputation for quality and reliability – with several clients describing them as their ‘Go To’ commercial gas engineering solution provider. The role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On site for 8.30am, off site by 4.30pm. Requirements: * A good understanding of General Building services * Ability to efficiently maintain and repair plant/equipment * Ability to carry out diagnostic, fault finding * To effectively maintain PPM Paperwork * To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements * To complete all work related documentation accurately and on time * To understand & comply with policies and procedures * To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner * To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures * To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required * To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required Benefits: * Company van and fuel card * Competitive salary * Expenses * Healthcare * 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays * Time served holiday increase * Training & career progression * Company pension Qualifications and Skills: * Experience as a ‘Commercial Gas Engineer’ minimum 5 years’ experience * Commercial Gas Safe * Qualifications in the any of the following (or similar) COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW * NVQ Plumbing * Must be willing to work at height * A good general experience working on site and in occupied premises * IT literate * Clear communicator both oral and written * A customer focused approach If you believe you have the skills and experience being sought for this opportunity, apply today!
