Role Purpose:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, with potential travel to other sites or events.
Within our HR Recruitment Team, your role is crucial to ensuring smooth recruitment operations.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR, Compliance/Referencing Teams
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertising vacancies on various job boards via ATS
* Managing management information reports
* Supporting CV screening and providing feedback
* Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
* Conducting initial phone screenings
* Preparing recruitment packs for compliance
* Assisting with interview feedback
* Gathering employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC forms, criminal checks)
* Providing general administrative support
Additional duties may be assigned based on locality or role complexity.

* Experience working with external agencies (desirable)
* Resilience and ability to work quickly
* Experience with ATS systems
* Experience in Aviation sector (desirable)
