About the Role
As the HSE Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the company meets all legal and operational safety requirements. You will lead risk assessments, develop and deliver safety strategies, and work closely with management and operational teams to promote best practice in health, safety, and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Lead incident investigations and deliver corrective actions
* Provide training, coaching, and support to staff and management
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards
